Job Description:
Ø Responsible for UK/US client, handling queries, appropriate assistance.
Ø Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills.
Ø Candidate should possess excellent English oral and written communication skills.
Ø Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way.
Ø Own and resolve customer issues efficiently, effectively and empathetically.
Ø Following up with customers for any further information.
Ø Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools.
Ø Ability to learn new skills and quickly absorb and interpret new information, products, and features from the perspective of the customer.
Ø Should be flexible with the shifts.
Eligibility:
Ø Work Mode: Work from Office (Night Shift)
Ø Working days: 5 days with 1 day rotational off and Sunday - Fixed Off.
Ø Preferred Candidates: Immediate Joiners and candidates with a Notice Period not more than 30 days
Ø Preferred Languages: English
Ø Excellent communication skills are Mandatory.
Ø Qualification Required: Graduates & undergraduate.
